We’re seeking a Creative
Producer to lead the execution of creative productions across the Implus portfolio. Reporting into the Creative Director, this role is responsible for translating creative concepts and content briefs into detailed, executable production plans, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.

The Creative Producer owns all aspects of production planning and execution, including scheduling, budgeting, talent management (or hiring), shot lists, run of show (ROS), and on-set management. This role serves as the primary point of contact during productions and plays a critical role in ensuring creative intent is preserved while production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and experienced managing shoots from pre‑production through wrap.

  • Translate creative concepts and briefs into clear, executable production plans.
  • Ensure all productions are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with the creative vision.
  • Own production logistics, shot lists, schedules, and budgets to drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Serve as the on‑set lead, managing talent, crew, and vendors during production.
  • Create scalable, repeatable production processes that support high‑quality and timely content creation across brands.
Primary Responsibilities Production Planning and Management
  • Own end‑to‑end production planning for creative shoots, from pre‑production through post‑production handoff.
  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules, shot lists, and run of show (ROS) documents.
  • Create and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
  • Track, reconcile, and manage shoot‑related expenses and payments to ensure production budgets are accurately maintained from start to finish.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early, proactively solving issues to keep productions on track.
  • Prioritize competing and overlapping production timelines, balancing business needs, team capacity, and resource constraints.
Talent, Location and Asset Management
  • Source, book, and manage talent, including athletes, creators, models, and crew, in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Own, organize and maintain all talent usage rights, releases, licenses, expiration and renewal needs in partnership with Legal and Brand Teams.
  • Identify, scout, and secure locations, handling logistics, permits, and on‑site coordination as needed.
  • Oversee sourcing and management of product samples, props, wardrobe, equipment, and production assets to support creative needs.
  • Ensure all production requirements are met prior to shoot days, including talent releases, call sheets, and logistics.
  • Organize and maintain talent paperwork and releases via shared drive and ensure timely payment of talent by coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP); following up as needed.
On‑Set Leadership and Execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact on set for all productions, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams.
