Client Service Associate - Financial Planning Firm

The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a key member of our team and serves as the first point of contact for clients. This role plays an essential part in delivering a welcoming, responsive, and high-quality client experience while supporting advisors and operations with accurate,timelyservice execution.

Pay Range: $21-$27 Hourly

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
• Manage the firm’s general inquiry inbox and ensure timely, professional responses
• Assist clients with routine requests including documentation, account questions, scheduling, and digital tool navigation
• Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with clients and internal team members

• Support account openings, transfers, and custodial paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow established workflows and processes to ensuretimelycompletion of service items
• Track outstanding tasks and follow up to resolution
• Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to address account or paperwork issues

• Create andmaintaintasks and notes in the firm’s CRM to support workflow integrity
• Assist with document management, digital filing, and internal communications
• Support operational improvements, documentation updates, and efficiency initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team
• General interest or foundational knowledge in financial planning or wealth management
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards
