Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Duties- Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Review income statements and ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Support management with financial analysis, variance reviews, and budget comparisons.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank/investment accounts, and process payments.
- Prepare required reports for audits, lenders, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.
- Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred. (Net Suite / Great Plains)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
