We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.

This hands-on role involves visiting customers' homes to install water-saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.

You ll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Water Saving Device Installation (light-touch)
• Leak Detection & Minor Repairs
• Customer Engagement Advice
• Home Water MOTs
• Project Delivery and Target Achievement
• Health, Safety & Compliance

• Install light-touch water-saving devices in customers  homes
• Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
• Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
• Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
• Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
• Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
