Overview

Responsibilities- Mixing things up with servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. Manage stock, do reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
- Think on your feet. Youll be trusted to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer. Different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

PositionDetails & Benefits
- A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £50,000
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
- As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you'll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are
- From driveways to office car parks, you'll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage
- We'll equip you for success from day one — with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided
