As a Park's Motor Group Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward‑thinking professional building ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. • Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Have drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry
• Have a proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards budget, sales, profit and CSI targets
• Maximise volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Have excellent written, analytical and numerical skills
• Possess a proactive management style that reinforces corporate values
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge desirable)
