Retail Sales Assistant – Keyholder (Part‑time)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this role you will be the frontline of our store, welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping them explore our inspiring range of books, crafts and games.

• Open, close and run the store when required, including on holidays, days off or sickness.
• Ensure the shop is clean, stocked and merchandise displays meet brand standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, recommendations and in‑store promotions.
• Support the Store Management team with day‑to‑day operations.
