Shift Pattern:
Monday 11:00 - 17:30, Tuesday 14:30 - 17:30, Wednesday 14:30 - 17:30, Thursday 14:30 - 17:30, Friday OFF, Saturday 07:00 - 10:00 and Sunday OFF.

• Help with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and equipment – clean utensils, tableware, and catering stations.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring food and supply storage areas are organised.
• Serve food items to customers in accordance with the menu prepared by the Chefs. General Assistants may act as a host/waiter during events.
• Top up vending services.

• Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential.
• Basic catering and hospitality certificate such as Food Handling or equivalent is desired but not essential; we can provide training.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Can stand for extended periods.

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Level 2 food hygiene course desirable but not essential; training can be supplied.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Good time-management and organisational abilities.
