We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead our specialist dementia-only nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader with a strong clinical background to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of skilled professionals while maintaining full regulatory compliance and fostering a positive culture.

• Oversee the clinical and operational management of the nursing home
• Ensure all care meets CQC standards and exceeds best practice guidelines
• Lead and develop the care team through effective management and training
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies
• Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin is essential
• Proven experience in managing a Nursing Home or similar care setting is essential
• Registration with CQC in a previous Home Manager role is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standard
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding care
