Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We are seeking a supportive and caring Female Support Worker to assist an adult female with learning disabilities, enabling her to live as independently as possible within her home and community.
Experience- A minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience in supporting service users with learning disabilities and associated complex needs
- Proficiency in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Experience in de-escalation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a person-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team.
