Secondary Teacher – Carlisle
Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our partner school based in Carlisle, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people within a supportive and forward-thinking educational environment.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons, supporting students to achieve their full potential and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.

Secondary TeacherKey Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Build positive, professional relationships with students
- Support students’ academic, personal, and social development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
- Experience working with students who require additional support (desirable)
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
- Competitive salary (£30,000–£40,000 depending on experience)
