Hannett Hale Recruitment is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across North Cumbria. Our partner schools are experiencing high demand for both short‑term and long‑term cover. We are keen to hear from individuals who can bring energy, patience, and positivity to the classroom. With over 20 years of experience working within education and supporting schools throughout Cumbria, our team understands the needs of local settings and the importance of matching the right people to the right roles.

We work closely with schools in Carlisle, Penrith, Keswick, and along the West Coast, offering flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

• Experienced Teaching Assistants
• Early Career or aspiring TAs
• Individuals with childcare, SEN, youth work, or classroom experience
• Confident, caring people looking to gain experience in education
