Humly is recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary and specialist settings in Blackpool.
These roles focus on helping pupils access education in a structured, supportive and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1 : 1 or small-group basis
- Assisting with emotional regulation and engagement with learning
- Following guidance from SENCOs and teaching staff
- Supporting pupils inside and outside of the classroom
- Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
- Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Confidence adapting support strategies to individual needs
Strong communication skills - SEN or care-based experience is beneficial
- From £14.85 per hour
