Customer Advisor - Checkouts

Part time – 12 or 20 hours per week available. Permanent contract. Shifts available Saturday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. UK notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour.

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor, an inspiration and a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will things such as click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in various areas, but great customer service at the tills will be your main aim.

Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement – you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, get a buzz from helping others, and you’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
