Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up a full-time Service Advisor position within our Carlisle Service Centre.

• Support the team with daily workload activities
• Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
• Liaise directly with customers, providing a second-to-none level of service
• Maintain, create, and modify data within our databases
• Maintain a consistently high quality of work
• Communicate confidentially, professionally, and appropriately
• Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email packages
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Polite and warm telephone manner
• Good numeracy skills
• Adaptable to varying tasks
• Desire and willingness to learn
