Harker - Roto Driver

Our client, a leading construction company based in Carlisle, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Roto Driver with experience in forklift operation for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Roto machinery safely and efficiently on site, assisting with the transportation and handling of materials, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

The role requires a reliable individual capable of working independently as well as within a team, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the site. The ideal candidate should be proactive, safety-conscious, and possess a good understanding of site procedures to support the overall project delivery.

• Previous experience operating Roto machinery on construction sites
• Valid forklift license and proven operation experience
• Good understanding of health and safety standards within a construction environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team and follow site instructions
• Comfortable working in outdoor and potentially challenging weather conditions
