We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a long-term project in Carlisle, with an immediate start available. Further work is secured across the North East, including Newcastle and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civils, groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC), and basement works, and be confident managing sites from start through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors

* Managing civils, groundworks, RC and basement packages

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control

* Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams

* Keeping site records, progress reports and programmes up to date

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/groundworks environments

* Strong knowledge of RC structures and basement construction

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), First Aid

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines
