Group Warranty Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Warranty Manager to join Lloyd Motor Group based in Cumbria
. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in the automotive industry to work for one of the UK’s largest family‑run automotive retailers. You will be representing prestigious brands such as BMW, MINI, Land Rover, BYD, Volvo, Kia, Volkswagen, Skoda, INEOS, Honda motorcycles and BMW Motorrad.

Salary: Basic £32,000 OTE £38,000. A company car is also included as part of the benefits package for this role (T&C’s apply).

Hours: 40+ hours per week.

• Experience in warranty administration, preferably managing multiple locations, though this is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A willingness to travel across multiple locations for regular site visits.

• Drive continuous improvement of audits, grades, and warranty processes.
• Ensure manufacturer warranty policies and group procedures are followed and updated.
• Conduct structured monthly audits, create action plans, and implement changes to address non‑conformance.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve issues.

• Collaborate with Aftersales teams to maximise warranty claims and revenue.
• Support Warranty Administrators, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and on time.
• Standardise group-wide warranty procedures, including invoicing, tracking, and reporting.

• Deliver inductions for new Aftersales staff and support ongoing technician development.
• Improve the quality of technician write‑ups and claims to maximise successful warranty time.

• Monitor performance metrics and manufacturer systems to identify gaps.
• Review non‑conformance, implement improvements, and report progress.
