* Work with site leadership teams to develop and maintain Facilities roadmaps with a consistent, standardised approach.
* Review KPIs monthly and escalate any issues to the Facilities Manager.
* Partner with the Site Employee Engagement lead to support site events.
* Collaborate with the UK Facilities Manager on the rollout of new contracts or service updates.
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Basic numeracy and literacy
* The ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
* A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to support different shifts when needed
* A team‐focused mindset with the ability to work cross‐functionally
