Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor

• Leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Ensuring quality patient care and safety.
• Managing staffing schedules.
• Providing training and support to nursing staff.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Handling emergencies effectively.
• Reporting on shift activities.

Qualifications of an RN Supervisor

• Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in PA
• Experience in LTC is preferred
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
