This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule:
Office hours are: 8am-5pm;
Monday
- Friday There is a lab in office that is open 8am-4pm.
· Practice Setting:
Outpatient
· Scope:
Preferred the provider is comfortable to perform sports physicals/acutes for peds patients. A large percentage of the population is 18 and older and care provided would include but is not limited to preventative/chronic care and a requirement with comfortability with controlled substance medicine management.
· State Licensure:
Maine
· Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
