We offer 33 days holiday pro rata (including bank holidays), 30% off veg boxes and our online shop, a generous company pension scheme, and an annual profit share (at least 10% of all profits split equally between all co‑owners). Delivering even greener veg is a priority: we are swapping diesel vans for electric and aim to be 100% electric vans for low‑emission deliveries.

This is a permanent contract, 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, inclusive of bank holidays. Start and finish times vary; we usually arrive at the hub between 4 am and 6 am and finish when all veg boxes have been delivered. Candidates should live within a 30‑minute commute of our Cardiff hub at Unit 3 Riverside, Treforest Industrial Estate, CF37 5TG

As a Delivery Driver you’ll be more than just a driver: you’re the friendly face of our veg box delivery service, bringing fresh, organic produce from field to doorstep. Each day you’ll deliver 70 or more boxes, treating every one with care and building strong relationships with our community of customers.

We’re looking for careful and responsible drivers who know their way around a busy road, take pride in doing things well, and who are happy to help out when needed. Multi‑drop delivery experience is beneficial, but we value calmness, kindness, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that cares about good food, good farming, and doing things the right way. It’s a role with real purpose, helping deliver the best of the season to people’s doors.

• Full UK driving licence & own transport (to get to the hub)
• 3.5‑tonne van & multi‑drop experience (70+ drops per day preferred)
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Good communication & customer service skills
