You will deliver high‑quality assessments and manage a complex caseload while supporting colleagues through mentoring, coaching and day‑to‑day supervision. You will step in for the Team Manager when needed, contributing to a nurturing and collaborative environment. Your input will help shape decision‑making, promote reflective practice and ensure our interventions are strengths‑based, proportionate and outcome‑focused.

You are an experienced and confident social worker with a deep commitment to safeguarding, empowerment and relationship‑based practice. You have excellent assessment and analytical skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to make sound, child‑centred decisions. You are passionate about promoting positive change and enabling families to identify their strengths and build resilience. You are a natural leader who thrives in a team environment, ready to mentor, support and inspire colleagues while contributing to the development of a service that prioritises integrity, partnership and continuous learning.
