  • Work across a range of supported housing schemes and contribute to service development

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyse information and make clear decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents, colleagues and partners.

You’ll need to be proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable working independently or as part of a team with a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in everything you do. Digital confidence and the ability to travel between schemes are also important.
