As a Support Worker at the Adolescent Resource Centre (ARC), you have experience working with adolescents who present with challenging behavior. You are adept in collaborating with families and professionals to deliver sustainable, positive outcomes. You are flexible, willing to work evenings and weekends, and possess a driving license with full use of a car, as well as an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS.

Working as part of Cardiff's experienced team, you will provide flexible and responsive care packages that include respite, intervention, outreach, and family support. You will be delivering structured, evidence-based interventions to help families develop problem-solving skills and resilience. Your role involves working in homes and centers across Cardiff, providing rapid responses to crises to prevent families from breaking down and to support positive changes.
