About the Roles

We are currently recruiting qualified Social Workers across South Wales to support Local Authorities and partner organisations. Opportunities are available across a wide range of teams and specialisms, offering competitive pay rates and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities (role dependent):

* Managing a caseload in line with statutory duties

* Completing high-quality assessments and care plans

* Undertaking safeguarding investigations and court work

* Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams

* Maintaining accurate, timely case records in line with legislation and local procedures

Essential Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker (Degree / DipSW / equivalent)

* Registered with Social Care Wales

* Recent experience within a UK statutory setting

* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
