Approved Electrician​/Electrician​/Electrical Improver – Rail Infrastructure

Deliver High-Quality Electrical Installations

Gee Communications is seeking Approved Electricians, Electricians, and Electrical Improvers to support the delivery of M&E works on railway buildings, including new build stations, station extensions, and rail depots across Wales and the South West.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installations within both live and non-operational railway environments.

As an Electrician, you will:

• Install containment systems including tray, basket, trunking, and conduit.
• Install LV power distribution and lighting systems.
• Undertake testing, inspection, and fault-finding where required.
• Work in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and Health & Safety compliance.

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial or infrastructure electrical installations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working within rail infrastructure environments.
• PTS certification (training available for suitable candidates).

• Pay in line with JIB rates.
