Role OverviewWe are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to work in our planned work team based in the Cardiff area.
This role is ideal for someone with a broad range of skills with the ability to work on a variety of tasks across both internal and external areas. If you have a wide range of skills and enjoy working on
different tasks around the property, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities- General property repairs and refurbishment
- Carry out Planned maintenance
- Fitting doors, frames, and locks
- Installing kitchens and cabinets
- Repairing or replacing flooring (timber/laminate)
- Stud walls and partitions
- Plastering and tiling (Desirable)
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Work independently or as part of a maintenance team
- Provide good customer service to tenants or clients
- Proven experience in at least two or more trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering)
- Experience working in reactive and planned maintenance, voids, responsive repairs, or social housing environments.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic IT literacy for job logging systems.
