Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5pm (40 hours per week). Half‑hour lunch break.

Renault Cardiff seeks a Vehicle Smart Repairer to join our dealership’s workshop. The role involves carrying out cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards whilst maintaining skilful and accurate first‑time fix within set smart repair times and to the customers’ complete satisfaction.

• Carry out small- and medium-sized scratch, chip and scuff repair, paintless dent removal and alloy wheel refurbishment.
• Identify additional faults to recommend for further repair according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure first‑time fix, adhere to set smart repair times, and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Use provided paint booth heat lamps, paint stock, consumables and PPE.

• Bodyshop or smart repair qualification.
• Own hand tools and protective footwear.
• Full UK Driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
