Role Description

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking a Labourer/Builder with experience in cavity wall insulation for site work with no fixed address. This role requires flexibility, as you will be working on various projects with shifts ranging from 8-12 hours. A van will be provided for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on loft or cavity insulation and maintenance tasks.

* Keeping the work van tidy.

* Adhering to all site requirements, including PPE and RAMS, as instructed by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

* Full driver’s licence:
Confidence in driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

* CSCS Both are essential.

* Physical Requirements:

Comfortable working at heights.

* Experience:

Previous construction experience preferred.

* Qualifications:

NVQ in insulation and building treatments preferred but not essential.

* Flexibility:
Willingness to stay away from home for most contracts (Monday-Friday), with weekends available on an overtime basis.

* Personal Attributes:
Responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working, open to feedback, and adaptable.

You will be required to stay away for most contracts from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is only on an overtime basis. Contracts can change at a moment's notice, and travel is necessary. Compliance with all site requirements, including PPE and RAMS, is mandatory and non-negotiable.
