Multiskilled Fabric Engineer

Hatched Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a highly respected facilities management business that delivers exceptional service across commercial, healthcare, education, and retail sectors. With people and the built environment at the heart of everything they do, they’re now looking for a talented Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join their team.

The Role

As a mobile Fabric Engineer, you’ll be carrying out a variety of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works across client sites in your region. Every day will be different – from fixing a leaking tap to repairing a roof tile – you’ll be the go-to problem solver for keeping facilities in top condition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Brick & block laying
• General building, carpentry & joinery
• Lock, door & window repairs
• Groundworks & roofing
• Supporting minor project works and refurbishments

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-skilled role or construction environment
• A proactive, adaptable approach to work with a focus on high standards
• Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Full UK driving licence
