We’re working with a fast-growing security services business looking for an Internal Sales Manager to own inside sales
, manage CRM performance, and support new business growth. This is a hands‑on inside sales role combining outreach,
appointments
, and Hub Spot ownership.
You’ll play a key part in the front end of the sales process, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients and ensuring the CRM supports effective lead generation
.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving lead generation through research, outbound calls, email, Linked In, and telesales activity
- Booking and managing qualified appointments from warm and cold leads
- Owning Hub Spot CRM, ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and driving sales opportunities
- Supporting email campaigns, events, and proposal creation
- Acting as the first point of contact for early‑stage client engagement
You’ll be confident, organised, and skilled at turning lead generation into booked appointments and closed sales

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a natural ability to engage, build rapport, and influence for inside sales
- Comes from a telesales
, experienced BDM, or strong customer service background - Is confident using Linked In and other tools for lead generation
- Has experience using Hub Spot or a similar CRM (or wants to become an expert)
- Is proactive, energetic, and comfortable picking up the phone to secure appointments
- Enjoys converting leads into meaningful sales opportunities through telesales
- A role with direct impact on lead generation
