Role Description

Pure Cyber is an award-winning cyber security consultancy, providing expert services to organisations as a single-point solution. Pure Cyber eliminates the need for multiple vendors, enhancing operational efficiency and agility against cyber threats.

Pure Cyber is on a scaling journey after the £5 million investment less than two years ago from BGF and is now increasing the size and calibre of its go-to-market operations.

We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to drive operational excellence across our sales and channel teams, ensuring all deals are tracked, quotes and agreements are prepared, and follow-ups are executed promptly. You’ll streamline processes, maintain timely communication with prospects, and enable the team to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Key Results & Responsibilities
  • Compile quotes for the CRO and Channel Manager promptly and within agreed time frames following each briefing on both Hub Spot and Proposify.
  • Create and send NDAs, partner and reseller agreements for direct and channel partnerships within agreed time frames.
  • Manage the e-signature process and chase up outstanding signatures.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with Partners and propects.
  • Monitor Hub Spot daily to identify deals that have stalled and act accordingly.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm quote receipt and coordinate review calls with the CRO and Channel Manager as appropriate.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the CRO and Channel Manager to confirm you have all the information needed to execute your role effectively.
Person Specification
  • 3+ years of sales support, sales, account management, or sales operations experience at an IT services, MSP, or B2B SaaS company.
  • Proposal tool understanding: have worked with tools like Panda Doc, Qwilr, Better proposals, Proposify, or similar.
  • Hub Spot fluency: you must be able to use, configure, and understand workflows, deals, and the importance of data accuracy and reporting.
