We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. You’ll be based at either our Stancombe or Hendy office - both offering a supportive, collaborative environment within a market‑leading business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, including:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Preparing quotations for Asphalt and Aggregates products
Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer‑focused solutions
Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs
Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need an industry background - just the right mindset and transferable skills. We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role
Are confident communicating with people at all levels
Can multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others
Are proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to meet goals
Are adaptable, organised, and comfortable working with KPIs
Are IT‑literate and quick to pick up new systems
