DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Sales individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role can be based in our Cardiff or Exeter Offices. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least 3 days a week in the office.

We are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors in the Enterprise sales team, working with small to mid commercial businesses and embracing the opportunity to drive new business across the South West & Wales.

Responsibilities- Prospect, relationship development and management.
- Project management from initial point of prospect contact to transition to client.
- Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector.
- Demonstrate strong team collaboration ability to forge proactive working relationships within the business.
- Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.
