Location: Cardiff (studio-based with some flexibility)

About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised, calm and confident Sales & Operations Manager to join our Cardiff bridal studio. This key management role involves overseeing studio sales, operations, client experience and wholesale activity, supporting the continued growth of the business and maintaining high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running bridal appointments and closing high-value sales
• Managing enquiries, bookings, follow-ups and deposits
• Handling client communication and resolving issues calmly and professionally
• Upselling appropriate add‑ons and customisations

Studio Operations & Logistics:

• Overseeing daily studio operations and workflow
• Managing order timelines, shipping, customs and deliveries
• Liaising with manufacturers on queries and pricing
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
• Keeping the studio organised, efficient and client‑ready

Wholesale & Business Growth:

• Responding to inbound wholesale enquiries
• Actively reaching out to potential stockists
• Supporting onboarding and managing wholesale orders

Team Support:

• Supporting and overseeing studio staff
• Helping maintain high standards as the team grows
• Adapting to changing priorities in a small, fast‑moving business and proactively identifying what needs to be done
• Supporting light, day‑to‑day social media activity when needed (capturing in‑studio moments, flagging content opportunities in line with brand guidelines)

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptionally organised and detail‑focused
• Calm, assertive and friendly with clients
• Confident closing sales and handling objections
• Able to work independently and take ownership

Ideal (but not essential):

• Bridal, fashion or luxury retail experience
• Sewing or garment knowledge (for fit advice/minor fixes)
• Wholesale or B2B sales experience

Working Pattern:

• Full-time, flexible hours
• Studio-based with potential for hybrid on occasion
• Occasional Sundays, events and trunk shows
