Car Sales Advisor

Overview

Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors for our dealership in Penarth Rd, Cardiff. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles, but will be selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection. In this role, you will support our customers through every step of their buying journey—from their first interaction with us to the moment they drive away in their new car.

• Sell vehicles and promote related products including Finance, Insurance and Paint Protection.
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey from first contact to delivery.
• Engage with customers, identify needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous sales experience is not essential; we are seeking a positive, motivated person ready to achieve and grow in a results‑driven environment.
• Be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to developing product knowledge. Strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude to help drive sales at the Kia and Nissan dealership.

• Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
