Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow sales across your designated area through strong customer relationships.
  • Execute commercial strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities through multiple routes to market.
  • Keep up to date with company products, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs within your region.
  • Deliver high-quality service to existing customers.
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns when required.
Candidate Profile Essential Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Legally able to travel within Europe.
  • Willingness to stay away from home when necessary.
