Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and expert advice to customers browsing our garden furniture ranges
• Support customers in choosing the right styles, materials, and accessories
• Maintain inspiring and well‑organised furniture displays
• Assist with stock replenishment and product movement
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider Pugh's team to deliver a first‑class customer experience
• Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge and seasonal trends
