Store Supervisor (St Davids Dewi Sant, Cardiff)

We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in our Cardiff store. You’ll be passionate about customer service and will support Lounge in delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Store Assistants, working closely with the Head of Store to deliver a customer‑centric approach.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues, ensuring a brand‑aligned in‑store environment.
• Champion Lounge values and lead by example.
• Recruit, train and develop new staff to become valuable retail team members.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and cycle‑count procedures.
• Implement inventory control measures, including replenishment strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales figures and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide bra fitting service with high professionalism and mentor staff in the same skill.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of current retail trends and best practices.

Eligibility

• Legally authorised to work in the UK.
• Over 18 years old.
• Must be able to prove Right to Work with required evidence.
• Must be able to travel to the store location.

Availability

Flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and non‑business hours.
