As a Store Colleague you will be the face of H&T, welcoming customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. This role involves pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products in a fast‑paced environment. No prior pawnbroking experience is required – a genuine interest in people and a strong sense of integrity are key.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
