You recognise yourself when you enter one of our stores. You love to talk about athletic sneakers and apparel as much as you love to collect them. You are always up to date with the latest styles and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm with customers. You are comfortable starting natural, friendly conversations, adapting to different types of customers, and resolving issues with a smile.

You enjoy working as part of a team and continually improving your skills on the sales floor. Your success will be measured through personal and productivity goals plus your ability to provide a great in‑store experience to every customer.

• 0–3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering knowledgeable product information and excellent sales service alongside co‑workers
• Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Connect with every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs
• Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

• £10.00 – £13.85 per hour
• 28 days holiday – plus an extra day per year for the first five years
