Our prestigious client operates a Holiday Park and are looking for a talented Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their team.

Job Description: Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Inspiring and motivating restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant and bar management.
• Currently living in the UK with a Valid Skilled Worker Visa.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience in customer service, supervising and hospitality (minimum 4 years overall experience).
• Bar management experience of 1 year (preferred).
• Management experience of 1 year (preferred).
• License/Certification:
  Driving Licence (preferred).
