Overview
Our client operates a Holiday Resort in Wales and are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.
Must have proven experience working within a Pub / Restaurant operation.
Responsibilities- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef within a Pub / Restaurant operation.
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Creating and designing Restaurant, Bar menus, including developing new dishes and recipes, ensuring variety and quality.
- 2 to 3 years visa sponsorship
- Full Time Contracts
- Accommodation Provided
