About the Practice

This independent practice in Cardiff is a growing, independent small animal practice based just outside Cardiff city centre. The practice is seeking enthusiastic and capable Veterinary Surgeons to join its friendly and supportive team.

• Deliver high-quality first-opinion care, including routine small animal consultations.
• Manage medical cases and a range of surgical procedures.
• Participate in emergency surgery when required.
• Work as part of a close-knit and supportive team with collaboration and professional development encouraged.

• Registered RCVS veterinarian with a degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Strong routine small animal medical and surgical skills.
• Confidence in emergency surgery considered advantageous.
• Currently reside in England or Wales or be willing to relocate.

• Competitive salary £45,000 to £65,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a bonus scheme.
• UK visa sponsorship where required.
• Payment of RCVS and VDS fees.
• Five days of paid CPD leave and a CPD allowance with certificate support encouraged.
• Annual leave totals 29 days, with an additional birthday leave day.
• Gym membership, free uniform, free on-site parking, discounted treatment for staff pets.
• Participation in a UK pension scheme with a 5% employee and 3% employer contribution.
• Paid lunch breaks and the option of a four-day working week.
