The Mission We are actively retaining an elite clinical professional to provide highly personalized, 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This extraordinary opportunity takes you away from the exhausting hospital ward and places you at the forefront of luxury private healthcare. You will manage the principal’s daily health and wellness aboard a magnificent superyacht, navigating a brand-new cruising itinerary through the Mediterranean's most breathtaking anchorages, including Dubrovnik, Hvar, the Dalmatian Coast, Kotor, and Sicily.

The Team You will not be working alone. You will form an integral part of a sophisticated, multidisciplinary private medical unit. The clinical strategy and onboard operations are directed by a highly experienced Lead British Doctor , and you will collaborate closely with dedicated Physiotherapists and a hand-selected cadre of elite,
Western-trained nursing professionals .

The Safety Uncompromising clinical safety and staff well-being are our highest priorities. To guarantee optimal patient care and to eliminate clinical fatigue, this maritime medical unit operates exclusively on a double-nurse shift system . This strict protocol ensures you are always partnered with a highly skilled clinical peer, providing vital case support and flawless emergency response readiness at all times.

Requirements

The Requirements Due to the uncompromising and exclusive nature of this deployment, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:

Academic Credentials: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to high-acuity ICU, ER, or A&E environments).

Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency to ensure precise clinical handovers and seamless integration with the VIP and estate team.
