A leading healthcare trust in Cardiff is seeking an Early Phase Research Nurse to join its research delivery team. The successful candidate will support advanced therapies and work alongside specialists in clinical trials for oncology. This role requires a band 6 Registered Nurse with previous oncology experience. The candidate will have a clear understanding of clinical trial protocols and must be able to work flexibly across two sites.

Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
