Manufacturing – Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + 5% bonus

A leading manufacturing company based in Cardiff is experiencing an impressive period of growth, with significant investment and multiple engineering projects planned through 2026. As part of this continued expansion, the business is looking to appoint a skilled Maintenance Technician to support site operations and asset reliability.

This is a days-based, Monday to Friday position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving site equipment, supporting production, and contributing to reliability and improvement initiatives.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
• Supporting refrigeration and cooling systems across the site
• Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment and projects
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

You will be a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Proven electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience working with refrigeration systems
• Ability to fault-find and troubleshoot plant and equipment
• Strong understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• F-Gas certification (desirable but not essential)
