The role

This is a leadership role to support leading the Enterprise Growth team in EMEA. This team is focussed on developing strategic customer relationships to unlock value for our clients and in turn incremental revenue opportunities for EZRA, as we take them on the journey of scaling coaching across their enterprise.

You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers who are focused on driving enterprise growth across a portfolio of Global accounts. You will own and execute growth strategies for this portfolio, partnering with stakeholders across EZRA.

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Growth, EMEA, this role will be a critical part of EZRA’s sales leadership team and will work closely with peers across the Enterprise Acquisition function to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients into the Enterprise Growth function. You will lead a team of direct reports.

What You'll Do:
Drive Growth Outcomes
  • Drive growth for a dedicated number of accounts defined as global / enterprise, with potential for significant growth.
  • Expand our revenue in enterprise-based accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Drive growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
  • Act as a brand spokesperson / ambassador for EZRA within account portfolio, leading presentations and events with enterprise clients and customers
  • Function as part of the sales leadership group as well as be a key senior leader within the organisation globally
  • Partner effectively with other growth leaders globally to maximise revenue opportunities and account coverage opportunities with clients.
Lead our world-class Growth Team
  • Partner with the People Team to attract or recruit experienced high potential individual contributors into team
  • Support rapid onboarding process for new team members
  • Manage performance of team effectively following EZRA practices
  • Foster collaboration within team and across customer lifecycle
  • Encourage continuous learning within team
Measure Effectiveness of Growth Team
  • Working with the VP Enterprise Growth, identify operational metrics for team
  • Working with Rev Ops to establish system for tracking those metrics
  • Support the cadence for review within team
  • Expose subset of metrics to executive team
  • Partnering with Finance and Rev Ops, manage and be accountable for department budget management
Enhance Effectiveness and Efficiency (Through Technology)
  • Support your team in standardizing processes
  • Make better use of existing systems, e.g., regarding SF, support system, customer marketing software
Inspire Growth Across Company
  • Embed EZRA’s “enterprise growth” strategy across your portfolio, partnering cross functionally to execute this strategy including with other Sales teams, Marketing (account-based marketing initiatives), Solutions team, Customer Success teams, EZRA Labs and Sales leadership
  • Align with Product, and CE&O around driving product roadmap
  • Align with Acquisition teams, LHH and Adecco around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus
  • Align with VP Enterprise Growth and Sales leadership around key metrics and objectives
  • Develop a team who can drive growth for a dedicated number of key accounts defined as global / enterprise
  • Partner with VP Enterprise Growth to set the team strategy for growth of each account
About you
  • 7+ years’ experience in business development with a successful track record everywhere you have been
  • 3+ years of managing teams larger than 5 direct reports and effectively…
