Director (Building Surveying) - Cardiff‑ up to £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are recruiting for a Director (Building Surveying) to work for one of the UK’s most highly regarded real‑estate organisations. This role will be based in Cardiff, but can be performed on a hybrid basis.

In this role you will lead the office, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and ensure tasks are delivered effectively. You will scale operations appropriately and position the company on major developments. The role requires hands‑on building surveying duties, managing your own projects across significant developments, and carrying out traditional business‑development activities to drive office profitability.

• Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
• Experience as a Director (Building Surveying), Head of Office, Partner, or similar
• Experience working within a consultancy

• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Office environments
